Learning & Development Executive (ADD) Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning strategies, identifying training needs and designing programs that align with organizational goals as a Learning & Development Executive.
  • Curate and create engaging content, incorporating various learning methodologies to ensure effective and dynamic training experiences for employees at all levels.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the success of learning initiatives, utilizing feedback and metrics to continually refine and improve programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Manage training logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, and vendor relationships, to ensure seamless execution of learning programs.
  • Provide guidance on career development, mentorship, and professional growth opportunities, fostering an environment that encourages employee advancement and supports the overall success of the organization.

Recruitment:

  • Spearhead the recruitment process for Learning & Development Executives, crafting compelling job descriptions and leveraging targeted platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to identify individuals with a strategic mindset and a proven track record in designing and implementing effective learning programs.
  • Assess candidates’ understanding of learning methodologies, instructional design, and their ability to align training initiatives with organizational objectives.
